Help with a major project for my 11th grade Travel/Recreation Marketing class?

I have a project due tomorrow nad i have so many complications with it is there anyone who can help me here is a few lines of the guidelines. This poject has caused me so much trouble and now that I finally got what I need I do not understand:
. Review the meaning of infrastructure, superstructure, cyclical and seasonal nature of tourism, roles of public and private sectors and why people travel.

2. With no more than 3 in a group, develop a 3 mile stretch of oceanfront property that also extends inland 3 miles. Include development that will attract tourists to the area and that will meet their needs while they are visiting, such as:
· Infrastructure
· surface areas
· superstructures

3. Identify and explain the roles of the public and private sectors in the success of your development and include in your typed description of your beach community.
4. Explain the impact you expect the cyclical product life cycle and the seasonal nature to have on the success of your development. For instance, since your development is in the Introduction Stage of the product life cycle, what does that mean you will experience in the early stages of your community? What seasonal impacts will there be?

5. In addition to your typed description, your Beach Community Development will be presented to the class. You may use a PowerPoint, posters, brochures, fact sheets, models and/or even a bulletin board promoting your community as ways to present your project.

    Can Cun in Mexico seems to be built along those guideline … look at maps / tourist info on that
