    You just asked the right girl. You could try the Peace Corps, Mercy Corps International, Northwest Medical Teams, and a whole bunch of other agencies. A few are posted below.

    These are just the faith based ones. There are a lot more that I do not work with everyday.

    Ooh! Ooh! Come to Zambia and work for Ubumi! We are a Grass-roots NGO that helps keeps AIDS orphans in their homes and communities instead of putting them in institutions! Check us out! We are under served and can allow you to work right in the field!
    (Yes, all the other places people suggested are nice too. I actually found Ubumi at idealist.org, but we are WAAAY cooler than any of those other places.)
